Welcome to St Anne’s
Welcome to the new website for the St Anne’s College Junior Common Room, providing information about the JCR, upcoming events and activity within the college.
St Anne’s College, Oxford is renowned throughout the university for being modern and revolutionary, not just for its social stance, but also for its infrastructure and ethics. It is just then that this ethos carries through to all of the resources available to students and that has been the aim of this website redesign. The previous JCR website suffered from a lack of popularity amongst JCR members. This issue can be mostly attributed to a lack of functionality. The new website aims to rectify this.
Features which are distinct to the newest iteration of the website include Facebook integration, a St Anne’s communal blog and many others which aim to make the JCR more interactive than ever thought possible. It is hoped that through such interactive features that this site will become the one-stop shop for St Anne’s students to find out what is going on in Oxford and to get to know the people who come together to comprise the university as a whole. It is on this note that it feels apt to welcome you to what should become a part of the new St Anne’s JCR ‘experience’ and we hope that it provides for all relevant needs for many years to come.
